consumer electronics industry, and then proceed to build, market, and distribute
promising consumer electronics goods with a strictly results-oriented approach.
eBuyNow is looking for a proactive Manychat expert to build, optimize, and deploy our marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
Develop and execute on email and cross-channel (text, push, messenger, other) communication strategies with a specific focus on driving acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Own campaign development, setup, QA and reporting across the customer lifecycle.
Identify trends and develop new insights in customer communications, recommend/execute responses to optimize campaign performance, customer value and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys.
Conduct advanced customer analytics to inform new engagement strategies and tactics.
Support initiatives like demand gen and influencer campaigns, product launches, and events by building cross-channel communication around each.
2+ years of experience in demand generation, email or lifecycle marketing
Experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
Experience leveraging a complex marketing automation/CRM system. Ideal Intercom
Deep knowledge in customer segmentation and list management
Experienced working with major email service providers to set up and manage both one-off marketing emails and lifecycle campaigns
Highly effective working cross-functionally
Able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment and changing market
Excellent communication in person and online who is an avid sharer of findings and actionable insights
Cross-channel marketing experience is a plus
Intercom and SaaS experience is a plus
